FEKRATAK (فكرتك) provides digital solutions, including websites, platforms, applications, and related services. We operate in the United Arab Emirates and Palestine.
Using the website
This website presents our work and lets you send an inquiry. Content is for general information. We may change or update pages without notice. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.
Inquiries are not a contract
Submitting a form or sending a WhatsApp message is an inquiry, not an order and not a binding contract. A project starts only if both sides agree in writing — for example through a proposal, quotation, or service agreement — on scope, timeline, and fees.
This website does not publish public pricing. Any later figures are estimates until they are confirmed in writing.
You may send inquiries via WhatsApp. Use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms. Do not send unlawful content or information you are not allowed to share.
Intellectual property
The FEKRATAK name, logo, site design, and published content belong to FEKRATAK or their licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without permission.
Intellectual property in custom work delivered to a client is set out in the project agreement for that work, not by merely sending an inquiry.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit automated spam, or send malware or deceptive content.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FEKRATAK is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from an inquiry that has not become a signed project agreement. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
